Diana Wisdom sells digital products only.

No physical products are shipped.

After successful payment, access to your digital product is provided electronically, typically through a download link shown after checkout and/or sent to the email address provided during your order.

Please make sure that the email address entered at checkout is correct.

Digital delivery is usually available shortly after payment. In some cases, access may be delayed because of payment verification, email delivery issues, platform outages, security reviews, or other technical circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you do not receive access to your purchase, contact us at support@wisdombydiana.com and include the email address used for your order and your order number, if available.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement download link.

Because our products are digital, there are no shipping charges, delivery carriers, tracking numbers, customs fees, or physical delivery times unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page.
